Unconscious Bias

Unconscious bias refers to the automatic assumptions we hold about people based on their identities, backgrounds and communities. These biases can influence our thoughts and actions without our awareness which impacts decisions in subtle ways. 

This unconscious bias training aims to make participants reflect on their views and experiences in order to make fair and inclusive steps in their work.

How can it be delivered?

  • Online webinars can be delivered in two ways

    1. 15-20 people allowing for high engagement with speakers unmuting and breakout rooms

    2. Up to 100 people with some engagement via chat box and quizzes

    • Expenses with travel included (accurate quote can be given)
