What will you learn?

This training is aimed for committee and/or chairs that support your organisations Staff Networks or ERG’s (Employee Relation Groups). It aims to develop and equip them to lead with confidence to enhance members experiences.

Using models, the networks will reflect on their achievements so far, and what they wish to do in the future
Reflect on skills and weaknesses to consider how this works in collaboration with their networks

Activities to support the networks to link their activity with your organisations Inclusion or HR/People strategy to achieve an overarching Inclusion agenda
Develop skills to influence stakeholders to support making changes

Build confident leaders for your network to make impactful change in your organisations

Equip leaders to align network activities alongside organisational strategy, so work and effort is productive to make change happen

Develop a network agenda that is appropriate and in line with network members wants and needs
Empowered colleagues than can influence stakeholders to make positive change

How can it be delivered?

Online webinars can be delivered in two ways
1. 15-20 people allowing for high engagement with speakers unmuting and breakout rooms
2. Up to 100 people with some engagement via chat box and quizzes
- Expenses with travel included (accurate quote can be given)
