This training aims to give your colleagues an overview of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to support their interactions and decision whether that’s patient facing or internal with colleagues. It will also explore the legalities around inclusion at work both internal and external, as well how to intervene when seeing exclusionary behaviours.

How can it be delivered?

Online webinars can be delivered in two ways
15-20 people allowing for high engagement with speakers unmuting and breakout rooms
Up to 100 people with some engagement via chat box and quizzes

We can do sessions for 20+ people but engagement/content depending
